Can I extend the validity of the coupon(s)?
The validity of coupon(s) cannot be extended, which all coupons must be used before the expiry date.
Can I redeem the received coupon(s) back to iDollar?
Received coupon(s) cannot be reversed to iDollar.
Is there any expiry date for using the iDollar?
All iDollar will be valid not more than 12 calendar months, counting from the redemption month.
(e.g. If 5 iDollars are earned on 12th January 2021, these 5 iDollars will be expired on 31st December 2021.)
Can I redeem more than one coupon from the same merchant?
Yes, please refer to the terms of use of the coupon for details, unless otherwise stated.

How do I know the locations of collection point?
I. Please turn on function of location in your mobile phone;
II. Back to 'iRecycle' application;
III. Select 'Map' button;
IV. Click 'Recycle ' to find the locations of collection point.
